As industry leaders, our consultants offer quality Waste Management Facility Operator Training for landfill and transfer station operators in Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina (through DHEC), and Virginia. With the benefit of more than 30 years of experience in this field, we are uniquely qualified to instruct as we not only teach landfill operations courses throughout the southeast, but serve as consultants to the solid waste industry every day. Our courses are recognized nationally for fulfilling continuing education requirements for current operators.

General Registration information

• Please register & submit payment at least 5 calendar days prior to class date. Later than that we cannot assure you will have a Course Manual in time for the class event.
• If you cannot attend a class, you MUST contact Joyce Training Program in writing at in advance to either transfer, substitute, or cancel your registration. Refer to policies listed below.

• Transfers to a future scheduled class (or substitutions from one registrant to another from the same organization) are accepted at any time before the start of the class at no charge.
• Customers are encouraged to transfer to a future scheduled class of the same course to be taken within twelve months of the original course date.
• If the customer cannot attend any scheduled class, then a refund will be issued in accordance with the Cancellation/Refund Policy below.

Cancellations, Refund Policy:
• Cancellations and request for refunds must be submitted in writing seven (7) days prior to the class start date to
• Registrants will receive a full refund, less a $35 administration fee.
• If Joyce Training Program cancels a class for any reason, customers will receive one of the following: 1) a transfer to a scheduled class of the same course to be taken within twelve months of the original course date; or 2) a full refund.

• Registered customers who do not contact Joyce Training Program at in advance to cancel their registration and do not attend their scheduled class will be charged the entire class fee.
Inclement Weather:
• Those unable to travel due to inclement weather: 1) may transfer to a scheduled class of the same course to be taken within twelve months of the original course date; or 2) a full refund may be requested.

• There are two options for payment when registering online: credit card and check.
• If choosing to pay by check – include the name(s) of student(s) on the check or print a copy of the email confirmation and mail it with the check to this address below. (Make the check payable to LaBella Associates)
